1. Is CallBoost™ legal and ethical for attorneys?

Online lead generation has been around for a long time. Companies that have dipped their toes into the attorney lead generation business have gone through various legal challenges. The result is a green light for lead generation companies who operate ethically and comply with various states’ rules on attorney advertisements.

Attorney Boost uses a group advertising model, which is both legal and ethical. Advertisements are not misleading (per ABA Model Rule 7.1). Since our business model is not a referral service (except in Florida), and we are not endorsing or recommending any particular attorney, we do not violate ethics rules on referral services (per ABA Model Rule 7.2). Lawyers using CallBoost do not pay per-minute or based on how many clients sign up; fees are fixed fee for each call over 60 seconds regardless of the outcome. In other words, no fee sharing.

2. If I already have a website, why should I pay for calls?

Websites are a great tool for lawyers, especially when someone is looking for you by name. But most lawyers don't have the time or expertise to create and maintain a website that generates top results on search engines for multiple popular search terms. Using CallBoost is a great way to talk to more prospects without spending any upfront money for marketing expenses. And it’s scalable, so you can turn it up or down as your needs change.

3. Will other attorneys be competing for the same client?

Since CallBoost prospects are connected to you directly, each call is an “exclusive” call.

4. How much control do I have using CallBoost?

You are in control. You specify the practice area(s), geographical areas and business hours for when you want to take calls. We also need the best number to route the calls. The caller-ID will be set to an agreed number like (818) 999-9999 so you know which calls are from CallBoost prospects. We also keep track of the CallerID and call duration using a well-respected third-party service provider.

5. I still have questions…

We are accessible. You don’t have to fight your way through a long and complicated menu of options to get ahold of us. We answer the phones ourselves, so you won’t have to leave voice messages unless we are on another call or in a meeting.
